What girl would say no to a ring with this supposed 7,000 carat diamond on it?! True, she wouldn't be able to lift her hand, but that's not important. Supposedly found in South Africa, if found to be real, this diamond is twice the size of the previous largest diamond. There's a cell phone in the picture for size comparison.

Cell Phone Art is easy!

Being the cool (geek) guy that I am, I got the NEC N908 cell phone. It's from Japan, and there's very few in the US. The great thing about it is it has a painting program, and I'm an art freak. These are some of my recent paintings. Let me know what ya think! Any criticism is appreciated!

The Last Winter & The Nines

The Last Winter is a "make you feel bad for being an American" kinda movie. However, it also combines cold places (which people who know me, know that I love ::Barrow Alaska, anyone?::), and unseen forces of death and destruction. Sounds good to me. It's like Event Horizon, but without space or a black hole that leads to hell....and it's missing that guy from Jurassic Park. The Nines, on the other hand, looks like The Sims gone awry (it's a word, look it up, haha). I can't quite put my finger on it, but I'd say Ryan Reynolds + freaky sh*t going down, without an evil house (The Amityville Horror sucked!) should be pretty cool.

This movie looks really sweet. One of the few movies out there that isn't afraid to ask some serious questions and show some graphic images. Anyone have any other sweet movie trailers? I'll add as many as I can.
